Garbage in garbage out. Your body is fueled by what you feed it and not just food even the music you listen to. If you listen to depressing music then your body will respond to that emotion. If you listen to happy songs your body will respond with feel good hormones. I know we love our fast foods but too much of something is dangerous. So if you eat well (healthy foods with the occasional chocolates), sleep enough (6-8 hours) and are active during the day, your body will respond well when you are old and grey.
