I am sure there are several students who might be struggling silently in this…
1. It can become addictive
Just like drugs or gambling, the brain can get used to the instant pleasure, making it harder to focus, study, or enjoy simple, non-sexual activities.
2. It drains mental strength
Students who overdo it often report feeling tired, mentally foggy, and ashamed. It steals energy that could build dreams, businesses, or ideas.
3. It lowers discipline and self-control
Giving in too often to urges can weaken your ability to resist temptations — and that affects your character in all areas of life.
4. It can damage your relationships
Excessive masturbation, especially with pornography, creates false images of intimacy. This makes it hard to relate to real people, and can harm marriages in the future.
You were not born to be a slave of urges.
You were created to lead, build, and shine.
Reject anything that weakens your spirit or wastes your time.
You are stronger than your feelings — and your destiny is greater than this habit.
“Discipline is the bridge between dreams and reality.” – Jim Rohn
