Imagine once being the “nobody”… then becoming the one everyone runs to.
That feeling? It’s a mix of quiet tears and unstoppable strength.

Being someone people now depend on — especially those who never believed in me — is deeply emotional. It doesn’t make me proud in an arrogant way, but grateful. I remember the days I walked alone, doubted, even mocked. When I spoke, no one listened. When I dreamt, they laughed.

But now, when those same voices call me for help, advice, or hope — I feel humbled, not bitter.

It was quite discouraging. But I kept on leaning on those that believed in me and avoiding those that drained me or kept pushing me down. It’s a decision who you surround yourself with. It’s very deliberate what choices you make. I realized that at an early stage and decided to believe in myself, even when others didn’t believe in me.
